What Ironclad does
Ironclad SEO helps your Shopify store get found on Google and AI search — safely. It scans your products and collections for SEO problems (missing search titles and descriptions, images without alt text, duplicates), lets you fix them with a live Google preview, and adds structured data for rich results. Every change shows a before-and-after preview and can be undone in one click, and uninstalling leaves nothing behind.

Common questions
Will Ironclad change my store without asking?
No. Nothing changes until you choose to apply a fix, every change is previewed first, and anything can be undone in one click from the Activity page.
Will it overwrite titles or descriptions I’ve already written?
No. Ironclad only fills in fields that are empty (“gap-fill”). Your own wording is never overwritten unless you edit it yourself.
What happens when I uninstall?
Everything is removed cleanly — search fields live in Shopify’s native fields, structured data is removed automatically with the app embed, and all of your data is deleted from our servers within 48 hours.
Does Ironclad touch my customers’ data?
No. Ironclad only works with your store’s own SEO content and never accesses customer, order, or payment information.
